Bad breath is a real problem for everybody, especially if we have a job which involves public relations and it can also complicate our personal life. It makes us lose our self-confidence, become insecure, and this can cost us a lot. But, you can prevent this or can get rid of this smelly situation with natural remedies that turn to be very effective.
Nutmeg seeds are used in India to flavor different foods. To use them as a bad breath remedy, you have to crush these seeds and chew them to eliminate the bad breath. Nutmeg has a pleasant flavor and can be used to refresh your breath naturally.
Mustard oil and salt
Mix 2 teaspoons of mustard oil with salt, and keep this mixture in your mouth for 30 seconds then rinse with water. Repeat this procedure 3 times and you’ll get rid of bad breath.
Lemon juice, ginger and water
In a glass with warm water add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and 1 teaspoon of ginger. Gargle with this mixture, at least twice a day, in the morning and in the evening. You’ll get rid of bad breath in a few days. Also you can use this as a natural mouthwash.
Whether you are chewing mint gum or just chew mint leaves, this plant can do wonders when it comes of a fresh breath.
Add 2 teaspoon of baking soda in a glass of water and gargle. You can gargle with this mixture twice a day, depending of the severity of the situation.
Chew a few leaves of parsley and you’ll get rid of bad breath for sure. Whether we are talking about garlic or onion breath!
Or you can boil for 10 minutes a handful of parsley leaves in 500 ml of water. Add a few cloves to this mixture and you can gargle with it at least twice a day. Also you can use it as a natural mouthwash.
