Fleas are among the most annoying insects and we have to get rid of them quickly, because their bites can lead to unsightly inflammation on skin surface, which become more visible when you scratch them. To get rid of this torment, we advise you to use some natural remedies for chigger bites to reduce skin redness and to heal them quickly.
Water and soap
A cheap and effective remedy for chigger bites. Soap has antiseptic and anti-inflammatory effect. You just have to hold the area under cold water or apply ice directly on the bite. Be careful, not to take hot baths because they may worsen the inflammations.
Aloe Vera Gel
For every skin problem, just remember that aloe vera gel is the best cure. Nature gave this gift for us to use it wisely, and not to spend money on all sort of ointments. Just squeeze the gel from an aloe vera leaf and apply it on the bitten area. Repeat this procedure 2 times a day for 2 days in a row, and the chigger bites will disappear. This remedy is also great for rashes and burns.
Due to the high antioxidant content, black tea gets you rid of the irritation caused by flea bites. So, it’s enough to prepare a tea then apply the tea bags on the affected area, leaving them to act for 5 minutes, at least. Repeat this process several times a day until the bites will disappear.
Blend some coconut core until you get a smooth paste. Apply this paste on the chiggers and let it act for an hour. Rinse with warm or cold water. Repeat this 3 times a day and the chiggers will disappear.
