Digestive problems create a physical discomfort, making your entire body “not to work properly”, and constipation is the worst of them. Constipation can be caused by a low fiber diet, too few fluids, thyroid dysfunctions, certain medications, pregnancy, sedentary life, laxative abuse, stress and depression. Toxin excess in the body also can lead to constipation, dehydration, fatigue and headaches. To prevent this to happen, you can get rid of constipation with one of the following remedies. Choose the natural way instead of using suppositories.
1. An easy way to detoxify your body and to get rid of constipation is to drink 8 glasses of warm water per day, preferably with lemon, because it will cleanse your body from toxins and will get you rid of constipation.
2. Drink plenty of fresh natural juices. Juices with laxative effects are green juices (spinach, cabbage) or plums, pear or grape juices. So, drink the entire day one or more of these juices.
3. Another remedy is to mix 1 teaspoon of baking soda in a glass of water and drink it. This drink will help you to get rid of constipation, but also will treat stomach burns or heartburns.
