Treatment for stained nails
The nails turn yellow or get dark shades because of the pigments in nail polish, but also because of body zinc deficiency. To get rid of this inconvenience, make a mixture of baking soda and hydrogen peroxide (one teaspoon of each). Dab this solution with a damp stick directly onto nails and leave on 10 minutes. Finally, you can gently massage your nails with olive oil or argan oil.
Treatment for damaged nails
People who often do housework get in contact with all kinds of toxic substances and see their nails deteriorate day by day. Also, nail damage occurs in the case of body’s lack of calcium.
To treat them, mix a tablespoon of olive oil or argan oil with a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar. Leave your nails to soak in a bowl for 10 minutes and repeat the treatment for a week.
Treatment for brittle nails
Your nails are not long resistant and you prefer to cut them after few days to not break themselves? Try a natural treatment that helps strengthen your nails. Put in a bowl one tablespoon of honey with two yolks and a little warm milk. Mix ingredients well until the mixture is smooth, then soak your hands for 15 minutes in this liquid. Repeat this treatment every few days.
Treatment for nail growth
If you want to help your nails grow faster and healthier, put in a bowl 10 tablespoons of water, a tablespoon of oil and a pinch of red pepper and boil the composition. Leave the resulting solution to cool and soak your nails in it for 20 minutes. Repeat once a month.
Treatment for cuticle
Cuticles may give an ugly appearance to your nails, which is why we must care for them. Even if you do not like to cut them, you can apply a treatment to keep them beautiful and healthy. Apply before bed a mixture of olive oil with honey and massage your cuticles for a few minutes.
