How to detoxify your sweat glands

Deodorants and antiperspirants contain harmful substances that block sweat glands, so it their detoxification is more than indicated. See how to do it.

Aluminum, parabens and other substances in the deodorants and antiperspirants are dangerous for the body. A sweat glands detoxification helps to remove these harmful substances. This process removes the unpleasant smell, gets rid of underarm irritation and makes you sweat less. Do not think that this is a complicated process. Anyone can detoxify sweat glands at home. You only need a tablespoon of clay, one teaspoon of apple cider vinegar and 1-2 teaspoons of water.

Mix all ingredients in a glass bowl (careful not to use metal) until you get a smooth cream. Apply it on the underarm area and let it act between 5 and 20 minutes. If it hurts, remove it immediately. The area might become red because it increases blood circulation in the area, but the skin will quickly soothe. Remove clay paste with warm water and repeat the process daily.

Make sure you drink at least 2 liters of water daily to stimulate the lymphatic system to eliminate toxins more easily.
