Whether you have “inherited” or because of your hectic life speed, dark circles and bags under the eyes find their cure in simple treatments that you can scrape up from what you have in-house.
Lemons – the illuminators
If your problem is one genetic and the skin under the eyes is more bluish by nature, you can lighten it by massaging the area with a slice of lemon. Take care not to get into your eyes!
You woke up with puffy eyes? In 15 minutes or less you can get back to normal if you treat them with freshly cut potato slices. Then rinse with warm water to remove the starch from skin.
For dark circles, use tomato juice both external and internal with detoxifying cocktails. Mix: one gram of saffron, a teaspoon of tomato juice, half a teaspoon of lemon juice and flour. Cover your dark circles with this paste for 10-15 minutes. Put crushed mint leaves in a glass of tomato juice, a dash of lemon juice and a pinch of salt. Drink one glass daily.
Touch your eyes gently
Improve the appearance of dark circles in two movements: first – do not ever rub your eyes, and apply masks or creams easily by buffering; second – do not sleep without a pillow: the head will be above the body and you’ll prevent the accumulation of fluid in the eye.
Almonds in any form
Whether you daily massage the under the eye area with almond oil, at least two weeks, whether you apply a paste of powdered almonds and milk, your dark circles will disappear. Also, daily consume this mix as a cocktail.
Whether you simply apply cucumber slices on swollen eyes or you use masks with cucumber juice, this vegetable is an enemy for dark circles. Grate a cucumber until you get a little juice. Put it in the refrigerator. Mix it with some lemon juice and some lanolin-based cream. Apply the mask around the eyes and keep it for 10-15 minutes.
