Homemade detoxifying plasters

Detoxifying plasters have double effect: stimulate foot reflex points and absorb toxins. See how you can make them at home.

Detoxifying plasters cost a lot, but you can make some at home. You need garlic, onion, water, gauze, a knife, a kettle and socks.

Direction:
Chop the onion and garlic, then put the kettle on the fire (filled with water). When it starts to boil, add the onion and garlic and leave them to boil for 10 minutes. Leave to cool for 20 minutes, then pour the solution over a piece of gauze. Apply it right in the sole center and wrap it all with a piece of dry gauze. Put your socks up, to make sure that your plaster don’t fall of, and let it there for one night.

How does detox plaster act
The detoxifying plaster strengthens your immune system, stimulates body functions, balances the pH, prevents serious illness and gives you energy. In addition, it slows the aging process, relieves stress and helps you sleep better.
