Age, aggressive factors (smoking, drying with hair dryer, straightening, styling products), hereditary or hormonal disorders and even the existence of certain stress can weaken the hair roots. Fortunately, there is a natural solution that can solve this problem – rosemary.
You can add in your shampoo 2-3 drops of rosemary oil or you can boil a liter of water with two handful of fresh rosemary (or more if you want a concentrated solution), then heat the container and let it stand for 5 hours. Pour the solution into a jar and place it in the refrigerator.
You can also massage your scalp with a mixture of 2-3 drops of rosemary oil and two tablespoons of jojoba oil for three minutes before shampooing.
